Overview:

We are looking for a Junior and a Senior Data Analyst to join a program focused on the energy transition. This initiative aims to address environmental and technological challenges, particularly through a Smart Grid sub-program. The program involves implementing solutions to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of power grids, with projects varying in scope and methodology (agile, waterfall, POC R&D). The role is crucial for ensuring data quality, which is essential for the success of new Smart Grid software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively detect data quality issues.
• Propose resolution suggestions.
• Conduct root cause analysis to understand data quality problems.
• Train data producers in data quality management best practices.
• Assist the data governance team in fostering a data quality culture.

Junior Data Analyst Requirements:

• Ability to understand business challenges and data connections.
• Document quality rules, results, and track discrepancies.
• Conduct root cause analysis for data issues.
• Propose solutions for data problems.
• Knowledge of data quality dimensions.
• Experience in data profiling and analysis.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Interest in technological advancements in data quality management.
• Ability to communicate and work independently with various stakeholders.
• Experience with data profiling libraries like Soda or Great Expectations is a plus.
• Experience with SAP ECC or S4/HANA and SAP SAC Analytics is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Experience in the energy sector is a plus.
• French language proficiency at C1 level.
• University degree or equivalent in IT, data, or related fields.
• Commitment to the urgency and importance of the energy transition.

Senior Data Analyst Requirements:

• Experience in a Data Analyst role (3 to 5 years).
• Ability to understand business challenges and data connections.
• Document quality rules, results, and track discrepancies.
• Conduct root cause analysis for data issues.
• Propose solutions for data problems.
• Knowledge of data quality dimensions.
• Experience in data profiling and analysis.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
