For a client in Antwerp, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master.

Location: Antwerp, 2 days per week on-site

Responsibilities

• Lead the Scrum process and ensure effective implementation.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Support the team in achieving their goals and removing obstacles.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
• Operational involvement in the daily activities of the team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
• Experience in guiding teams in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills and Certifications

• Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM).
• Experience with tools like JIRA or similar project management software.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
