Description
An earlier start is negotiable. The client is migrating from SAP R3 to SAP S4. SAP dataservices are used for ETL to extract data from SAP R3, transform it to the new data model, and load it into SAP S4. You will be responsible for building migration rules and maintaining the specific BODS migration environment. In addition to building migration rules, there is a need for reports to check data quality and monitor transformation fallout. Migration rules are provided and must be implemented in BODS. Experience with the SAP ISU data model is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Set up and extract data from SAP systems.
- Technical implementation and documentation of migration rules.
- Maintain the BODS environment and productionize transformation rules.
- Provide data quality reports and screen fallout with stakeholders.
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate actions with infrastructure.
Required Knowledge
- Very good knowledge of data quality and data profiling techniques.
- Very good knowledge of SAP BODS and Data Services Designer.
- Good knowledge of data modeling and relational databases.
- Basic knowledge of SAP ISU is a plus.
- Knowledge of used terms and business processes is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of a project methodology.
Candidate Expectations
- Fully operational within the migration team within 2 weeks.

- Team player and actively participate in project operations.
- Work analytically, structured, and documented.
- Very good knowledge of Dutch (both spoken and written) is necessary.
Skills
- Proven experience with ETL (Must have).
- Proven experience with SAP BO Data Services (Senior, 5 years, Must have).
- Proven experience with SAP BODS platform administration (Senior, 5 years, Must have).
- Proven experience with SAP / IS-U (Junior, 2 years, Should have).
- Proven experience with SAP ABAP (Nice to have).
- Proven experience within similar technology (Senior, 5 years, Must have).
- Higher education (Master or Bachelor) with a technical/engineering background or equivalent through experience with ICT technology (Must have).
- Dutch at European CEFR level C2 (Must have).
