Business Analyst Opportunity

For a client in Antwerp, we are seeking a Business Analyst.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the liaison between our business and IT department. You will analyze the information and processes needed to support our business plans and formulate both functional and non-functional requirements. Additionally, you will advise on the lifecycle of information solutions and evaluate the impact in terms of change management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design related processes.
• Support digital transformations, primarily based on D365.
• Identify areas for improvement in business processes.
• Provide ICT solutions compliant with the ICT strategy.
• Develop business cases related to proposed solutions.
• Analyze required information and documents.
• Develop plans for the continuity of operations.
• Support go-live through training, communication, and follow-up aftercare.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to break down complex cases into smaller, workable analyses or work packages.
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst (Senior level, 5 years).
• Experience in business analysis techniques such as business use case diagram descriptions and data modeling (Senior level, 5 years).
• Experience in change management practices.
• Experience in workshop facilitation.
• Relevant experience as a trainer.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience in proactive stakeholder management.
• Experience in process modeling and analysis techniques like BPMN or UML.
• Experience in D365 F&O or CE is a plus.
