Functional Analyst / Scrummaster

For a client in Brussel, we are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst who can also take on the role of Scrummaster.

Start Date and Duration

• Start Date: April 1, 2025
• End Date: December 31, 2025
• Work Regime: 1 day per week in Brussel, 4 days per week working from home

Responsibilities

• Analyze user stories related to the services of an online portal for healthcare providers, both functionally and technically.
• Prepare DevReady Jira tickets for the development team.
• Organize and lead Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, demos, and story-mapping.
• Guide the team for qualitative and timely delivery within the agreed terms and budgets.
• Support testers in functional testing and developers in software development.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience with web projects and as a senior expert.
• Strong functional and technical analysis skills.
• Experience in an Agile environment and scrum teams.
• Experience with test-driven development.
• Knowledge of Outsystems is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and a good level of English.
