Job Description:

We are looking for a medior business analyst. In this role, you will work within two domains undergoing a digital transition:

Responsibilities:

• Provide input in drafting the project definition, product backlog, and roadmap.
• Translate the needs of internal and external customers/stakeholders into business analyses and solutions.
• Create synergy by reconciling new needs and merger requirements into creative solutions.
• Combine in-depth analyses with facilitating workgroups to accelerate change.
• Anticipate problems in a timely manner by detecting and escalating risks and bottlenecks.
• Prepare customer-oriented training, documentation, and communication.
• Report on the progress and results of the project.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a business analyst - medior (3 years).
• Experience with the development and optimization of business processes (BPM).
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Dutch language proficiency at European CEFR level C2.
• Process and functional experience with GIS.
• Strong customer orientation and conceptual and analytical skills.
