For a client in Bornem, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager
 

Responsibilities:

• Manage three different projects simultaneously:
  • Forecast to supply chain
  • Upgrade from Navision to Business Central
  • Project to be determined in consultation
• Deliver project results within the agreed scope, time, and cost.
• Enforce decisions and manage project scope, planning, and costs.
• Manage and escalate changes relative to the agreed scope, time, and costs.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by mapping and keeping an overview of these stakeholders up-to-date.
• Follow up and manage project communication.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Expertise in the Waterfall project management methodology.
• Strong goal and result-oriented focus on delivery.
• Skilled in making agreements, organizing, coordinating, and following up.
• Experience in IT projects, both in the development of proprietary software and package implementations.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and IT.
• Strong, open, and targeted communication skills.
• Experience with projects impacting processes.
• Experience with organizational change (change management).
• Ability to mobilize energy and enthuse people.
• Independent, yet a team player with strong empathetic ability.
• Excellent at bringing structure and clarity within complex projects.

Desired Skills:

• Commercial acumen.
• Experience in retail, logistics, and/or supply chain.
• Versatile individual capable of managing multiple streams simultaneously.
