Responsibilities:

• Assess the needs and impacts of various projects and initiatives in terms of change management, considering potential evolutions.
• Define an appropriate change plan in collaboration with the team leader and program/project managers.
• Identify the activities and resources required for change activities.
• Monitor change activities using appropriate tools.
• Actively manage and implement a stakeholder plan.
• Define and implement communication and training actions.
• Define and implement organizational design and performance management actions.
• Create clear and attractive communication materials in collaboration with the communications department and project analysts.
• Develop clear, insightful, and attractive frequently asked questions.
• Maintain and improve communication channels such as SharePoint and Teams.
• Organize events.
• Define and support project documentation actions for end users.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Certified in ADKAR/PROSCI.
• Expertise in storytelling related to program benefits/outcomes.
• Proven experience in defining and executing a change management plan within a program.
• Experience in creating communication support materials.
• Experience in reporting to top management and direction.
• Proven experience in change management on transformation programs (Senior level, 5 years).
• Proven experience in stakeholder management.
• Conducting program change impact analysis.
• Experience in managing resistance in complex projects.
• Facilitation of work sessions and workshops with project stakeholders.
• Establishment of a Change Agent Network in a project/program context.
• Coordination of Junior Change Managers (Nice to have).

Sector Knowledge:

• Understanding of issues related to smart meters (Nice to have).
• Knowledge of the energy market in Belgium, its challenges, and its stakeholders (Nice to have).

General Skills:

• Bilingual in French and Dutch.
• Ability to express oneself in English.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical skills.

Domain Knowledge:

• Experience in communicating complex and technical subjects to a broad audience.
