Supply Chain and Logistics Expert

Contract Duration: 4- 6 Months
We are seeking a skilled and proven experienced contractor to join our team for a 4-6 month mission focused on enhancing our order and inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in logistics, inventory management, and reporting, with the ability to streamline and document processes, define requirements, and support data modelling efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management
Provide strategic recommendations for future-state Supply Chain processes, and organizational design in line with the company’ vision
Optimize the end-to-end supply chain process
Ensure a better mastering of Purchase Orders (POs) placed for equipment by clarifying governance internally and with external customers.
Streamline the processes, ensuring they are documented, available, known, shared (training), and applied by all parties, including LSPs, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Document any missing logistics processes.
Define process and logistic requirements concerning the new workflow tool.
Inventory Management
Define the most appropriate processes to monitor and control inventory levels to meet customer demand without overstocking.
Forecasting and Planning
Develop and implement a forecasting planning process to align with business objectives and customer demand.
Reporting
Evaluate current reporting practices and identify new reporting needs and data structures to set up new reports.
Collaborate with all stakeholders to develop and implement these new reports.
Establish the right communication channels and recurrence for these reports.
Stock Data Modeling
Assist in developing stock data models for the future data warehouse.
Operating Model
Analyze the feasibility (cost, time, and operational efficiency) of transferring OBE stock to PXS.
Change Management
Manage the change in the way of working by reviewing and redefining the roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in order management, inventory management, and logistics.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data modelling.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple departments and with external partners
Proficiency in workflow tools.
Ability to manage the change
Ability to document and streamline processes effectively.
Knowledgeable in WMS and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI...).
Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions with all stakeholders
Strong project management, organizational and time-management skills
Languages: EN mandatory. FR is an asset.
