We are looking for an A.I. Functional Hacker with strong expertise in Generative AI solutions for one of our clients. You will be part of the Digital Transformation Department, which is responsible for implementing cutting-edge IT solutions, including RPA, AI, Dynamics, Power Platform, Web Development, Customer Experience, and AI Central Competence Center.

In the AI domain, the department plays a key role in driving the adoption and implementation of central AI solutions across various business lines. This includes testing AI solutions, defining a comprehensive AI roadmap, ensuring successful deployment, monitoring, and evaluation, and collaborating with IT and key stakeholders. Additionally, the team is responsible for raising awareness and fostering a deeper understanding of AI across the organization.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As an A.I. Functional Hacker, you will be responsible for leading AI projects and working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful design, implementation, and rollout of AI-driven solutions. Your main tasks include:

• Describing, documenting, and validating business specifications for AI initiatives.
• Collaborating with the IT Competence Center to identify the best AI engine and architecture that aligns with business goals and ensures coherence across projects.
• Overseeing the implementation of AI solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Organizing and conducting tests to evaluate the performance and impact of AI solutions.
• Assessing the added value of deployed AI solutions and identifying areas for improvement.
• Developing and executing initiatives to enhance AI awareness and adoption within the organization.

Duration: 6 months (extension possible depending on project evolution)

Business Experience (Work Experience)

Mandatory:

• Senior profile with at least 5-8 years of experience in AI solution implementation, including business requirements documentation and testing execution
• Deep understanding of Generative AI (Gen AI) and how AI functions

Preferred:

• Experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus

Technical Experience (Hard Skills)

Mandatory:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Experience with Copilot M365
• Power BI knowledge

Preferred:

• Experience with Python
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM) and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
