Mission context |
The squad offers adequate solutions and services for Security Management
This mission is translated into the following main tasks:
- Develop and maintain adequate security solutions comprised of:
- Framework, Architecture, Methods, Tooling, Organization and Processes
- A structural approach for roll-out, delivery and continuous improvement
- Provide business security services by:
- Managing and maintaining the security solution and keeping it aligned with evolving user needs
- Providing operational service related to the IT Security Infrastructure
- Performing the day-to-day activities necessary for managing the incident , change release .
- Measure the effectiveness & efficiency of the Security management services:
- Define Key Performance Indicators, control activities & objectives and implement the control activities defined.
- Monitor by analyzing and detecting trends & deviations and identify opportunities for further improvement of the access management services
As Scrum Master you support the various stakeholders of the security communicate, coordinate and cooperate. You assist the members in delivering their goals by ensuring a smooth environment and facilitating continuous improvement. You help the teams to self-organize / manage, and reinforces scrum / agile practices within the team.
The Scrum Master takes up the delivery ownership for a number of fraud backlog items, ranging from complex features to an entire Initiative. You ensure a good collaboration within the tribe, the squads but also with the tribes, squads and other stakeholders it is in relation with. |
Function description |
Delivery follow-up
- Set up and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings
- Schedule and follow the key steps of the methodology
- Guarantee a smooth use of the Scrum methodology and help the Security Squads face any obstacles ; promote gradual self-organization
- Provide assistance or support to the Product Owners concerning the Security Product Backlog; supports the Product Owner(s) in his/her(their) work by facilitating healthy dynamics within the team with a focus on respecting priorities and scope.
- Organizes coordination and collaboration within the cluster/tribe and with relevant stakeholders ; Follows and realizes deliverables agreements and monitors / manages the interdependencies (planning, execution, dependency management, etc.) between the various stakeholders of the fraud squad in order to ensure the delivery of the products
- Assist and support the squads in the delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc.
- Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes
- Contributes to the identification and resolution of structural problems through the squad Continuous Improvement Roadmap.

Bachelor/Master (or equivalent by experience), IT background is required |
Agile requirements |
Agile teams are cross-functional. All required disciplines are represented in the team (analysis, development, testing, … ). However, although team members have a primary role representing a discipline, they are expected to take on other roles and contribute to other disciplines whenever it helps towards reaching the sprint goal. |
