Support Agent
For a client, we are seeking a Support Agent for a 3 to 6-month project with the potential for extension into a more traditional Windows support role. The successful candidate will provide first-line support.Training will be provided to ensure familiarity with the tool.

Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support on business applications
- Support incidents related to in-house applications for a specific project.
- Offer support on Windows 10/11 and Office software (O365).
- Handle and follow up on IT incidents and questions received via phone and/or ticketing tool.
- Escalate issues to other teams and partners when necessary.
- Create, review, and maintain documentation, and draft communications for customers.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of IT with prior Helpdesk experience.
- Strong technical background and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications (Office 365).
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French; good knowledge of English is a plus.
- Ability to identify the cause of problems in a complex environment and quickly offer effective solutions or workarounds.
- First experience in a similar position is a plus.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 (in shifts, e.g., 08:00-17:00, 09:00-18:00)
