Opportunity: IT/OT Analyst

Job Context:

Join an operational team of 8 members providing OT services to a variety of internal clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the Operations team with a focus on maintaining various PI systems, including monitoring, incident management, and user support.
• Act as the Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) once a week, being the first-line responsible for incident management.
• As experience grows, take on implementation or project tasks such as installing and configuring new PI interfaces, setting up new data flows to AWS, developing scripts, and performing data migration tasks.

Requested Profile:

• IT background through studies, experience, or a strong interest.
• Curiosity to work in the intersection of IT and OT, linked to an industrial environment.
• Problem-solving skills for both simple and complex IT issues.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues to complete tasks.
• Preferably some experience with real-time systems, SCADAs, or process historians.
• Minimum of 2 years of IT experience with knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, Web APIs, HTML5, Python.
• Familiarity with major Windows Operating Systems and basic network knowledge.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with users and IT/business teams.
• Team player with motivation to work in an operational environment.
• Proactive and responsible for tasks.
• Willingness for short missions abroad, though rare.
• Language proficiency: Dutch and French (one very good, the other good and willing to speak it), English (very good). Other languages are a plus.
• Possession of a car and driver's license, with occasional on-site visits as part of the job.
