Position: UI/UX Developer
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Vlaams-Brabant (Hybrid options available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and create intuitive designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve the overall user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with the brand and functional goals.
• Ensure responsive design across various devices and platforms.
• Maintain and improve existing user interfaces by analyzing user feedback and data.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, best practices, and new technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design and development.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Proficiency in front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with responsive design and front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Angular, React).
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Marvel, or similar).
• Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.
