Job Description

The Fusion Procurement Application Expert will temporarily replace the current application expert who is on long-term sick leave. The role involves working with Oracle Fusion Cloud, specifically in the procurement and payables areas.

Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement processes and requirements
• Conduct testing of the new Redwood GUI for Oracle procurement suite
• Update manuals and communicate changes
• Handle contract management and third-party risk management queries
• Collaborate with the procurement admin team and the improvements team
• Work closely with the current procurement and payables expert
• Liaise between business process experts of Procurement and Payables in Finance and the Subject Matter experts of the SI (system integrations partner)
• Manage integrations with banks, electronic invoicing, and migration of suppliers, contracts, invoices, and expenses
• Be part of the internal IT team responsible for Fusion Applications

Requirements & Qualifications

• University degree in IT or similar experience
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and optionally in the payables modules
• Knowledge of procure-to-pay business processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems (e-business suite or earlier versions)
