Project Duration:
6 months full-time, with the possibility of extension after evaluation of workload and projects.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CRM Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system using SAP C4C technology. This role involves troubleshooting issues, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing the use of the CRM system to enhance customer satisfaction and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rollout, enhance, and maintain the SAP C4C CRM solution.
- Respond to tickets from the service center within the defined SLA.
- Provide first-line support to CRM users, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly via our helpdesk tool.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of the CRM system to meet business requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support to existing users.
- Monitor CRM system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their CRM needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports to support business decision-making.
- Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Educational Requirements: Master’s degree in IT or engineering and more than 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
- Experience Requirements: 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in frontline Sales Applications (CRM, B2C, B2B).
- Good understanding of the integration aspects with SAP ECC backend system and SAP S/4 HANA in the areas of Sales & Distribution modules (customer master, sales deals, pricing, order entry, delivery, billing).
- Knowledge of SAP C4C is a must.
