For a client in Antwerpen, we are looking for 2 Project Managers for Infrastructure.

Period: 01/04/2025 – 31/03/2026 with an option for extension
Location: Mechelen & remote
Language Skills: Dutch & English
Responsibilities
- Define project approach, work packages, and deliverables, develop, assign, and follow up on them.
- Plan, execute, monitor, report, and close projects within the E-bus program.
- Manage the execution of project phases and monitor progress.
- Provide project management support and monitor the project agenda.
- Coordinate the technical content development and realization of projects.
- Ensure quality of projects on a procedural-administrative level.
- Deliver and manage all project documentation (SharePoint).
- Provide progress reports to the Program Manager and project steering group.
- Set up project teams and provide functional leadership to team members.
- Maintain contact with the client, steering group, and business.
- Regularly align with other tracks within the E-bus program.
- Organize and lead working group meetings and prepare steering group meetings.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in project management, preferably within infrastructure projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with change management and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
