Project Manager Infrastructure Opportunity

For a client in Antwerpen, we are looking for 2 Project Managers for Infrastructure.

Details

Period: 01/04/2025 – 31/03/2026 with an option for extension

Location: Mechelen & remote

Language Skills: Dutch & English

Responsibilities

  • Define project approach, work packages, and deliverables, develop, assign, and follow up on them.
  • Plan, execute, monitor, report, and close projects within the E-bus program.
  • Manage the execution of project phases and monitor progress.
  • Provide project management support and monitor the project agenda.
  • Coordinate the technical content development and realization of projects.
  • Ensure quality of projects on a procedural-administrative level.
  • Deliver and manage all project documentation (SharePoint).
  • Provide progress reports to the Program Manager and project steering group.
  • Set up project teams and provide functional leadership to team members.
  • Maintain contact with the client, steering group, and business.
  • Regularly align with other tracks within the E-bus program.
  • Organize and lead working group meetings and prepare steering group meetings.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in project management, preferably within infrastructure projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with change management and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
