Description:
SAP will discontinue support and updates for older versions by 2027. To ensure operational continuity, we need to transition to the new SAP S/4HANA platform. While most functionalities will remain unchanged for the majority of users, some screen appearances may be altered. This conversion will impact 650 users, with varying degrees of effect. It is one of the five strategic projects for the year and potentially the largest.
Main Activities:
- Execute and adapt the communication plan as needed, ensuring alignment with the internal communications SPOC.
- Provide quarterly updates to impacted end-users and manage communications during the cut-over period, including Go Live and post Go Live.
- Organize information sessions and roadshows for end-users.
- Onboard and support key-users as change agents/ambassadors.
- Conduct demo sessions for stakeholders and end-users.
- Perform quarterly Pulse Checks to track progress on change objectives and report findings.
- Support the UAT kick-off and maintain regular check-ins with end-users during testing.
- Update change management materials and establish a training plan.
- Coordinate and organize training sessions, including train-the-trainer formats.
- Manage stakeholder and resistance management.
- Provide governance through necessary reporting and update the change action plan.
- Engage with sponsors and leadership, supporting the execution of the sponsor plan.
- Assist the PM in organizing the Go Live Celebration and participate in lessons learned workshops.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Application of change management approaches and methodologies, particularly ADKAR/PROSCI.
- ADKAR/PROSCI Certification.
- Experience in defining and executing a Change Management plan within a project framework.
- Proven experience in Change Management for transformation projects and Stakeholder Management.
- Knowledge of application-related challenges in the Utilities market.
- Fluent in French or Dutch with a good knowledge of the second language.
- Knowledge of storytelling techniques and managing resistance in complex projects.
- Experience in reporting at management and executive levels.
- Understanding of IT-oriented project structures and stages.
- Ability to adapt to diverse environments and interact with various stakeholders.
- Experience in communicating complex topics to a broad audience.
- Facilitation of workshops and working sessions with project stakeholders.
- Establishment of a Change Agent Network in a project context.
- Design and implementation of impactful communication materials, with proficiency in tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience collaborating with other Change Managers within a program or portfolio framework.
