For a client in Melle, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master.

Start Date: 16/04/2025

End Date: 15/04/2026 (extension possible)

Responsibilities

• Organize, facilitate, and coach SCRUM events in a multi-team environment.
• Support the product owner in managing the backlog and stakeholder management.
• Ensure an effective sprint review meeting and promote product-level learning.
• Act as a bridge between the team and other stakeholders.
• Report transparently on operations and progress.
• Foster a positive team climate and implement scrum values.
• Coach the team and remove obstacles.
• Promote the growth of team productivity.

Additional Contributions

• Actively contribute to the Scrummaster Guild.
• Onboard and guide new scrummasters.
• Share and document good practices related to Agile.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 8 years of proven experience as a full-time Scrum Master/agile coach.
• Experience in transitioning to a SCRUM operation.
• Experience in coaching mixed teams (Business + IT).
• Experience in coaching scrummasters.
• Experience in facilitating and guiding teams.
• Experience with 'Leading with Obeya'.
• LESS certificate.
• Experience in guiding a SCRUM community.
• Experience with Liberating Structures.
• Experience in organizing and guiding Mob programming sessions.
• Experience with analytic tools and data platforms.
• Experience in a utility company is a plus.
• Proven experience with Agile project operations and Agile tools.
• Support of the Product Owner.
