Role Description:
The Business Analyst will work within the Digital Channels & Customer Experience team, ensuring stakeholder value creation throughout the agile life-cycle. Responsibilities include:
- Gathering, understanding, and challenging the needs of diverse stakeholders.
- Consolidating and standardizing stakeholder needs for delivery teams.
- Safeguarding the end-to-end value of delivered solutions.
- Collaborating with experts to define product concepts and processes.
- Involving end-users to validate needs and pain points.
- Contributing to Opus and Feature slicing, applying the MVP concept.
- Defining acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features.
- Collaborating with Product Owners and development teams during feature refinement.
- Supporting business and user testing, including organizing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assisting Change and Go-To-Market Managers with preparation activities.
- Monitoring the success of new solutions and suggesting improvements.
Language Requirements:
- English: Strong written and spoken communication skills required.
- French: Strong written and spoken communication skills are a plus.
- Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills are a plus.
Education and Certification:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
- Certification in Business Analysis and Project Management Methodology is required.
Required Experience and Knowledge:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Business Analysis methods and techniques such as elicitation techniques, impact mapping, story mapping, and design thinking.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Understanding of IT and testing is preferable.
- Experience in financial services, particularly in banking with a focus on digital journey definition and implementation within customer channels, ideally in the domain of payments.
- Good understanding of workflow processes and business architecture.
- Project experience in large companies is preferable.
- Process management experience.
