Role Description
The Program Manager Business will play a key role in the development and management of program plans. Responsibilities include program governance, stakeholder management, and cooperation with various groups. The role involves assisting and leading program boards or steering committees, program monitoring and reporting, risk assessment, issue management, capacity planning, resource management, program delivery management, financial management, and training coordination.
Language Requirements
- Dutch: Ideally, spoken communication skills
- French: Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- English: Strong written and spoken communication skills
Education
- Master’s degree or equivalent by experience
- Relevant certification
Experience and Knowledge Required
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in working with both business and IT, preferably in an agile environment
- Good understanding of workflow processes
- Very good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Prince2, PMBOK, Clarity, MS Project, etc.)
- Familiarity with various IT systems and cards processing systems
- Proven experience in managing complex projects or a program of projects
- Knowledge of banking business, specifically the cards business, is preferable
- Experience in working on projects centralizing activities in an international group
