Reporting & Data Lead

Location: Brussels, 2 days per week on-site

Responsibilities:

• Align reporting solutions with business needs.
• Manage BI platforms and data governance.
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver IT infrastructure solutions.
• Support business and patient impact teams, including commercial and market access teams, with data and insights.
• Coordinate with different countries and regional stakeholders.
• Manage recurring and ad hoc reports.
• Ensure data quality and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with performance leads to build insights and analytics.
• Handle project management tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years.

Must-have Skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in data management, reporting, operations, project management, and data governance.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in business intelligence and working on business projects.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
• Awareness of the strengths and weaknesses of different technologies.
• Very good level of English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data governance and technical skills like quick reports.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills, especially in summarizing information and engaging the right stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management to consolidate priorities and create a structured roadmap.
