Mission Context

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join the Agile, Tools, and Process team. The mission of the team is to guide and lead the agile transformation within the department. The Scrum Master will operate at the cluster level and facilitate agile working across different squads (up to 4 squads). Continuous improvement and regular review of processes are crucial. Leading this agile transformation as a servant leader is essential. Coaching the squad in their roles, collaboration, and agile values is key. Continuous improvement to enhance processes and ways of working will be a priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive change and agility throughout the cluster and different squads.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies at both cluster and squad levels.
• Steer the continuous improvement cycle towards impactful improvements in collaboration with the product owner, squad, and other stakeholders.
• Foster an agile culture and enhance team dynamics.
• Coach and facilitate agile practices and values.

Language Requirements

Professional knowledge of French, Dutch, and English.

Education

Master's degree.

Telework

50% on-site & 50% homeworking, or as required by the cluster/squads.

Required Experience/Knowledge

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master in a transformation context.
• Experience with coaching and implementing agile values.
• Experience with process improvements in complex environments.
• Experience in marketing & communications environments.
• Experience with IT projects, applications, and tooling.

Technical Experience

Preferable: Adobe Campaign, Wrike, or other agile backlog tooling.

Business Experience

• Organizational talent with a strong analytical, critical, conceptual, and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convince and motivate people in a challenging transformation context.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across the team and with other stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and tight deadlines.
