Mission Context:

The IT Functional Analyst will identify business problems and requirements, mapping out potential solutions for integration into the enterprise production environment. The role involves investigating costs and benefits, and designing detailed solutions, including data and process support.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners and clients to propose solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and strategy.
• Ensure client adherence to enterprise rules and standards, including architectural and security standards.
• Work with architects to establish architecture and collaborate closely with project managers, asset managers, and product owners.
• Coordinate between clients, business analysts, and asset teams to ensure unified understanding of client needs.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements and align with involved assets.
• Design application solutions, detailing impacts on application components as per architecture.
• Align with technical teams to specify requirements.
• Oversee development and testing to ensure alignment with functional specifications.
• Provide technical definitions for components supported by different teams.
• Support suppliers during development, integration, and assembly testing.
• Analyze defects during the test phase and support release and deployment teams.
• Provide ad hoc support to operational entities and helpdesks post-installation.
• Analyze production incidents and coordinate solutions, maintaining documentation.

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Functional and technical knowledge of existing IT systems.
• Preferable experience in the payments domain.
• Mandatory business experience in the banking and technical domain.
• Knowledge of analysis methodology and practical experience with Scrum.
• Experience working with offshore colleagues.

Language Requirements:

Telework Expectation:
