Kafka Java Developer Opportunity

For a client, we are looking for a Kafka Java Developer.

Job Description:

• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Duration: Minimum 4 months
• Location: Brussel

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop Java applications that communicate with Confluent Kafka.
• Write high-quality, testable Java code for Kafka integration.
• Utilize Kafka APIs for efficient message processing.
• Implement advanced stream processing applications using Kafka Streams or other frameworks.
• Ensure the performance and scalability of Kafka-based applications.
• Collaborate with other developers to integrate Kafka into the overall application architecture.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience with Java development and Kafka integration.
• Familiarity with Kafka Streams or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in writing testable and maintainable code.
• Experience in ensuring application performance and scalability.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Experience with advanced stream processing.
• Certifications in Java or Kafka are a plus.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
