Service Description:

The service is responsible for the maintenance and development of one or more applications used for the maintenance and expansion of the network. Attention is paid to quality, scope, planning, and budget. The service acts as an interface between the business and the IT project leader.

Responsibilities:

• Modeling business processes and developing IT tools for support.
• Drafting specifications for applications and validation by the business.
• Prioritizing changes in different releases.
• Validating the functional analysis of IT.
• Testing and validating changes after development by IT, together with the business.
• Implementation of changes.
• Maintaining contacts with the business, IT, and other business analysts.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a technical or economic field or equivalent through experience.
• Preferably several years of experience.
• Affinity with IT tools and interest in the sector.
• Strong analytical skills and critical mindset.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Assertive and effective communication with various stakeholders.
• Skilled in planning and organization.
• Customer orientation and flexibility.
