Opportunity: Nederlandstalige Scrum Master

Location: Brussels

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master. All documentation and meetings are in Dutch. The ideal candidate supports a development team and has the following responsibilities:

• Organizing and facilitating agile ceremonies
• Leading stand-up meetings using Jira
• Creating and following up on processes and procedures for team needs
• Coaching the team in story creation and estimation
• Monitoring the sprint lifecycle
• Encouraging the self-organizing properties of the team
• Helping to resolve impediments
• Following up on escalations
• Maintaining the product backlog

Profile:

• At least 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Involvement in the team, not just a ceremonial leader
• Proven experience in implementing an agile team
• Strong communication and leadership skills
