Position: Senior Backend Developer

Duration: 14/04/2025 – 28/02/2027

Location: Brussel

Responsibilities:

• Propose innovative and effective solutions to the lead designer within the Business Domain Transport Executions.
• Deliverables include cloud backend in Azure, mobile apps, web interfaces, and integration with legacy systems.
• Write high-quality, well-tested software that meets project requirements.
• Gain a deep understanding of the business domain and actively collaborate with the business to refine and enhance ideas.
• Work independently and communicate effectively.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in .NET development.
• Over 3 years of experience in Azure Cloud development.
• Over 5 years of experience in .NET Core Web API development.
• Strong expertise in unit testing.
• Proficiency in clean code and SOLID principles.
• Minimum 2 days onsite in Brussels.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in Dutch or French.

Preferred Knowledge and Experience:

• PaaS: API manager, Service Bus, Event Grid, Blob storage, CosmosDB, Azure Functions.
• Kubernetes & Docker containers.
• REST API.
• Dependency injection and design patterns.
• SQL.
• Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Git.
• Ability to create effective, meaningful, and maintainable unit tests.
