Role Description

• Provide second line support for business Invest applications.
• Coordinate production deployments, including the creation of runbooks and follow-up during the complete deployment process.
• Responsible for monitoring, documentation, and life cycle management of environments.
• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours (on-call rotation 24/7) is mandatory.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the IT environment with team support.

Function Description

• Provide technical and functional support to users.
• Supervise technical and functional components of the application.
• Orchestrate and manage various releases within the scope.
• Create and enrich the application's document repository and maintain operating procedures.
• Analyze, measure, and improve the performance of technical and functional components to enhance user experience.
• Achieve technical integration of applications by leveraging existing products and services to reduce implementation time.
• Manage requests for functional evolutions.

Education

A master’s or bachelor’s degree in an information technology-related field or equivalent experience.

Languages Requirement

• Fluent in English.
• Fluent or good knowledge of French or Dutch.

Telework Expectation

50% on-site and 50% homeworking.

Required Knowledge / Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an OPS engineer in deploying front-end applications.

Technical Experience

• Ability to understand technical and complex architecture design documents.
• Good knowledge and comprehension of network components (FW, LB) and network protocols (TCP, HTTP, TLS, etc.).
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Overall IT knowledge (Wintel, Unix & Linux environment).
• ITIL knowledge.
• Unix and/or Windows scripting or at least one language like Python.
• Knowledge of Control-M.

Preferable Technical Experience

• Knowledge of infrastructure and applicative performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of Mainframe.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.

Business Experience

• Good business knowledge within the application scope.
• Knowledge of IT and Cyber security.
• Management of production operations.
• Experience working in a complex organization.
