Job Description:
We are looking for a trilingual (French, Dutch, English) IT Procurement Officer to join our procurement department. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in IT contract management and in-depth knowledge of DPA, DORA regulations and ESG standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage the IT procurement process, including sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
Ensure IT procurement compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including DPA and DORA.
Analyze and optimize IT spend to ensure efficient and cost-effective purchasing.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their technology needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Monitor and report on the performance of suppliers and IT contracts.
Integrate ESG standards into procurement processes to promote sustainable and ethical practices.
Participate in the development and implementation of IT procurement strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years' experience in IT contract management.
In-depth knowledge of DPA and DORA regulations.
Demonstrated experience in integrating ESG standards into procurement processes.
Fluency in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written).
Excellent negotiation, communication and project management skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and provide strategic insights.
Knowledge of financial and ERP tools for tracking and managing IT expenditure.
Degree in business, finance, management or related field.
Desired Skills :
Ability to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and results orientation.
Experience in an international or multicultural environment.
