Project Leader HRIS Opportunity

Job Description:
The HRIS Project Leader will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the implementation of various modules of an HR software package within the organization. The goal is to adhere to the proposed timeline, provide added value for both the HR team and the internal client, and ensure optimal communication between different systems. The correct monthly payroll must not be compromised.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Monitor progress, oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the HRIS project, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and define the project scope.
- System Implementation: Lead the implementation of the HRIS solution, including testing, providing training, and user support.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for implementation and system upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve HR processes using technology and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Risk Management: Proactively address project risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, workflows, and best practices.
Required Competencies:
- Education: At least a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing HRIS projects. Hands-on experience with HR platforms or software such as Workday, MPLEO, E-Blox, X-tend, SAP HR, or others. Specific experience or knowledge of MPLEO, Presta, and/or Primetime (GET) is a plus.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, analytical ability, and problem-solving approach, strong communication skills. Familiarity with change management and providing user training is an absolute requirement.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE III, HRIP (Human Resources Information Professional) is a plus.
