Mission Context

Join the Risk & Credits tribe, specifically the risk cluster, responsible for setting up the risk data and calculation infrastructure. Engage in projects aimed at enhancing the Risk Infrastructure, consolidating risk calculations, and supporting credit acquisition, credit risk monitoring, reporting, and regulatory capital management.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements from the Risk department into detailed specifications.
• Conduct functional analysis to convert business requirements into system requirements.
• Perform technical analysis to translate business requirements into pseudo-code.
• Implement algorithms used by Risk in C# (FACT).
• Develop SQL queries (Sybase IQ) for report development.
• Utilize SQL queries (SQL Server, Oracle) for testing and analysis.
• Document data transformation (ETL) rules.

Education

• Graduate or college (university) degree preferred.
• Strong math skills with a focus on mathematics in education or professional experience.

Experience and Knowledge

• 2 to 4 years of experience in functional analysis and development.
• Medium to expert knowledge of standard MS tools and technologies: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
• Thorough SQL experience.
• Functional and technical analysis skills.
• Testing capabilities.
• Experience in large-scale IT development, with C# and SQL.
• Expertise in data/process analysis, requirements documentation, and testing.
• Programming capabilities.
• Experience with XML/SOAP and C# programming.
• Experience with MQ Series.

Business Experience

• Experience working in a large company or complex business environment.
• Knowledge of credit/credit risk (CRR3, MCD, etc.).
• Background in economics and/or mathematics.
