For a client in Brussels, we are looking for an IT/HR Project Manager.

Mission Description:

You will join the Business Solutions department and report to the Manager Build & Transform. The main mission of this department is to ensure internal performance by providing quality IT solutions. You will be involved in the development, operation, and maintenance of various internal IT solutions, such as the SAP suite, SuccessFactors, SharePoint, Documentum, OpenText, as well as the intranet and mobile application.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate projects and define solutions to be implemented in collaboration with teams (functional and non-functional scope, architecture, budget, planning).
• Ensure project coherence with other ongoing initiatives.
• Coordinate with key internal and external suppliers.
• Supervise implementation and prepare the RUN at the end of the project in connection with Service Managers.
• Prepare change requests and tenders to obtain necessary components.
• Coordinate and supervise execution, testing, training, and change management phases.
• Collaborate with the business, other IT departments, and external suppliers.
• Analyze risks, identify providers and experts, and define project organization.
• Ensure decision-making, communication, and reporting to stakeholders.

Specific Projects:

1. Project TURBO: Coordination of the migration of SAP BSP/JSP/Webdynpro applications to UI5.
2. Project DEP (Electronic Personnel File): Implementation of OpenText as the electronic personnel file and deployment of the solution.
