For a client, we are seeking a Senior Digital Copywriter (UX) with expertise in UX writing and design techniques.

Role Description

Responsibilities:

• Write clear, concise, and user-centric copy to enhance the user experience of digital products.
• Focus on creating intuitive and consistent microcopy, such as buttons, titles, error messages, and instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-friendly copy aligns with design and product goals.
• Iterate and adjust UX copy based on user feedback from tests.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all UX copy.
• Rephrase copy written by French colleagues into Dutch.
• Update content database with new copy.
• Develop and maintain UX copy guidelines and standards for consistency across products.
• Work closely with designers, product experts, and developers to integrate text into designs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX Writer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing UX writing examples.
• Familiarity with UX & UI fundamentals and mobile-first principles.
• Ability to understand a full customer journey in collaboration with conceptual thinkers.
• Experience working with design teams.

Skills:

• Stellar writing skills in Dutch and fluency in French (B2/C1 or above) and English (B1/B2-level or above).
• Ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize effectively.
• Team player with leadership skills, able to convince stakeholders and open to feedback.
• Eager to support fellow UX copywriters and share insights for improvement.
• Propose multiple solutions for UX copy to facilitate stakeholder discussions.
• Independent, accurate, and detail-oriented with high-quality deliverables.
• Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented within project constraints.
