PMO / IT Purchase Coordinator

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated PMO employee who is also responsible for IT purchase coordination. In this role, you will support project management, place and follow up on IT purchases, and ensure efficient communication with suppliers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in project planning and execution.
- Place, follow up, and report on purchase orders.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills; written and spoken in Dutch, French, and English is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and punctually.
- Helicopter view to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
Necessary Competencies:
- Proven experience with ICT project operations according to applicable methodology.
- Experience in supporting project leaders and creating project proposals.
- Experience with projects according to Prince2 methodology (PMI, PMBOK, etc.).
- Experience with Microsoft Project tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with asset management tools (including configuration management and license management).
- Proven experience with Excel and PowerApps.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP and/or open-source tool GLPI.
- Experience with order and purchasing processes, specifically for IT products and services.
- Good knowledge of order procedures, administrative handling, and contract management.
- Experience working in a dynamic and changing work environment is a plus.
Language Requirement:
- Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
- Good knowledge of English and French.
