IT Helpdesk Consultant Opportunity
For a client, we are seeking an IT Helpdesk Consultant.

On-site Requirement: 100% on-site presence required
Responsibilities
- Roll out Windows 11: Manage appointments with users, prepare laptops for delivery, and handle delivery and recycling.
- Travel to external offices in Belgium for Windows 11 roll-out.
- Serve as the contact person for local IT issues.
- Manage helpdesk tickets using ASK from Atlassian.
- Oversee stock management, primarily laptops.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Provide backup and assistance to the Team Coordinator, Service Desk Manager, and Experts during work overloads.
- Assist in coaching and guiding junior team members.
- Stay informed about recent infrastructural changes and modifications impacting internal customer experience.
- Share expertise internally to improve tool/service delivery.
Non-Technical Profile Requirements
- Ability to work independently as the sole person present on-site.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously with limited supervision.
- Team player within a team of 10 located in various places.
- Accepts personal responsibility for client satisfaction.
- Client-oriented with strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong reporting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Stress-resistant and very punctual.
- Quick learner and motivated self-starter.
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines.
Technical Profile Requirements
- Good knowledge of PC systems.
- Proficient in Windows 10 & 11.
- Familiar with Active Directory, Exchange, Print Management, Ticketing, and Stock Management.
- Understanding of Networking and Patching.
Methodology/Certification Requirements
- High school diploma required. Advanced coursework in technical systems and continued education in technical disciplines is preferred.
Language Proficiencies
- Fluent in Dutch is mandatory.
- Good understanding of French.
- English is a plus.
