PowerCenter Consultant - Technical Designer

Location: Brussels (50% onsite)

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 31/12/2025

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of technical flows and define necessary rules to maintain implementation.
• Develop new business requirements without impacting existing applications.
• Act as a bridge between local business application managers, functional analysts, business analysts, and the system architect.
• Support functional analysts by translating complex business requirements into technical requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience with PowerCenter.
• Strong attention to quality.
• Ability to provide constructive criticism and demonstrate creativity.
• Enthusiasm for working in an international context.
• Desire to develop team potential and adapt to a continuously changing environment.
• Flexible problem solver with a sense of responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Self-driven, dynamic professional with the ability to learn quickly, take responsibility, and handle stress.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, in an international environment.
• Team player with experience supporting business needs.
• Experience with ICT applications, systems, processes, and database querying.
• Previous experience as a technical developer is essential.

Team Environment:

• Work within a Business & IT team in an international context.
• Responsible for the design, maintenance, and support of data flows for inspections.
• Operate in a SAFe mode with short iterations (sprints) to improve time to market.
• Collaborate closely with business partners to develop, evaluate, and adjust during short cycles.
