PMO Lead – Data Migration Program

Location: Brussels

Mission Objective:

The objective of this mission is to support and drive the successful execution of a large-scale Data Migration Program. The PMO Lead will ensure project governance, risk management assessment, reporting accuracy, and stakeholder coordination while maintaining alignment with strategic business objectives.

Expected Deliveries:

  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks.
  • Consolidate and analyze project data for reporting.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Track project financials and resource allocations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding actions.
  • Proactively manage risks and issues assessment log.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to best practices in project governance.
  • Reporting & Insights: Produce actionable reports for leadership.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication across teams.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor and report on project financials.
  • Resource & Timesheet Management: Track resource allocations and utilization.
  • Follow-Up & Execution: Drive accountability and ensure task completion.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Ensure the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks.

Required Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of project governance frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models).
  • Experience in financial management, including forecasting and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Azure DevOps, Excel).

Competencies:

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including consolidating insights from multiple streams.
  • Ability to proactively track and follow up on activities.
  • Strong ability to take accurate and structured meeting minutes, ensuring key points, decisions, and action items are captured effectively.
  • Capability to consolidate information from various workstreams and report on key takeaways in a clear and structured manner.
  • Proactive in following up on action items, ensuring accountability and timely execution.
