BI Developer 

Role – Key Responsibilities:

 Your main activities will include:

  • Collaborating with IT divisions and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Designing, creating, and managing interactive Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Performing data analysis and translating findings into visually compelling reports.
  • Integrating and transforming data from multiple sources using Power Query, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitoring and optimizing the performance of Power BI reports for efficient data processing and quick response times.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and best visualization practices.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of data sources, data models, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Supporting the department in optimizing data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Providing training and support to team members on Power BI functionalities.

Required Skills:

  • Technical knowledge and professional experience.
  • Full fluency in English is mandatory.
  • 3+ years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization.
  • Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Experience in creating user-friendly, dynamic dashboards.
  • Knowledge of SQL and integrating multiple data sources.
  • Strong project and coordination management skills, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously with various levels of complexity.
  • Strong analytical skills and data mindset, with the ability to identify actionable next steps, draw conclusions, and make recommendations concisely.
  • Experience with documenting processes, controls, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with technology infrastructure, software, and services commonly used in the industry.
