Senior Application Architect

Start Date: As soon as possible

Contract: Full-time, with the possibility of extension based on performance

Work Location: Brussel, with 2 days of office work required

Languages: Proficiency in Dutch and English is required; knowledge of French is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with current Application Architects on the project.
• Lead multiple teams of developers, focusing on task definition, distribution, technical design, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Demonstrate high-level technical skills and leadership capabilities.

Required Technical Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in Java, Spring ecosystem, SQL (PostgreSQL), Openshift/Kubernetes, Atlassian stack (Jira/Confluence), and Git.

Additional Skills:

• Ability to work independently while aligning with team objectives.
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Strong client focus and understanding of both business and IT requirements.
• Team player who promotes collaboration and resolves differences effectively.
