Business Analyst - Digital

Mission Context:
The Business Analyst continuously ensures stakeholder value creation throughout the agile life-cycle by bringing expertise and coordination to the Epic study and refinement process. This involves gathering, understanding, and challenging the needs of a diverse set of external and internal stakeholders, consolidating and standardizing these needs into input for the delivery teams, and safeguarding the end-to-end value of the delivered solution.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, challenge, and consolidate the pain points and needs of diverse stakeholders, gaining extensive expertise on the subject.
- Collaborate closely with relevant experts to define the product concept, detailed processes, and/or conceptual and functional architecture.
- Involve end-users to identify, confirm, and validate needs and pain points in collaboration with the UX researcher and support the Product Owner.
- Contribute to Opus and Feature slicing, applying the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) concept, and support backlog prioritization and refinement.
- Define acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and development team during the refinement of Features to ensure all necessary information is available.
- Provide support during business and user testing and assist with organizing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support the Change Manager and Go-To-Market Manager with preparing change and go-to-market activities.
- Actively monitor the success of new solutions based on KPIs and derive potential improvements.
Language Requirements:
- English: Strong written and spoken communication skills are required.
- French: Strong written and spoken communication skills are a plus.
- Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills are a plus.
Education and Certification:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
- Certification in Business Analysis and Project Management Methodology is required.
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Business Analysis methods and techniques such as elicitation techniques, impact mapping, story mapping, and design thinking.
- Good expertise in MS Office.
- Good understanding of IT and testing is preferable.
- Experience in services, with a focus on digital journey.
- Good understanding of workflow processes and business architecture is preferable.
- Process management experience.
