Mission Context:

A Program Manager is required to manage a set of related projects aimed at achieving an HR objective. The role involves ensuring program goals are met by providing a comprehensive decision-making capacity that cannot be achieved at the project level. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the program is completed on time, within budget, and that objectives are met while satisfying the different interests involved.

Responsibilities:

  • Definition and Implementation of HR Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the HR Director to define a strategic plan aligned with organizational needs and priorities.
    • Establish an operational roadmap based on identified priorities.
    • Lead the implementation of strategic plan actions and key HR projects.
  • Coordination and Monitoring of HR Projects:
    • Define HR project objectives in collaboration with stakeholders and support the HR Director in their realization.
    • Implement a clear project methodology and governance, including schedules, key steps, and KPIs.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure relevance and adherence to initiatives.
    • Oversee project documentation and communication, including progress reports and presentations.
  • Coaching of the HR Team:
    • Train the team in project management and structured approaches.
    • Encourage strategic thinking and a global vision.
    • Guide the team to define clear objectives and adopt best practices.
  • Communication and Change Management:
    • Develop communication materials to support project deployment.
    • Implement strategies to foster adherence based on recognized methodologies.
  • Innovation and Benchmarking:
    • Enrich project management through knowledge of market best practices.
    • Propose innovative ideas to ensure successful project execution.

Required Profile:

  • Education:
    • Master's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 6 years of experience in managing complex projects in an HR or organizational context.
    • Significant experience in coaching or team support.
  • Key Skills:
    • Excellent project management skills.
    • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders with diplomacy and efficiency.
    • Strategic mindset and global vision.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Leadership, empathy, and ability to inspire trust.
    • Managerial experience and/or experience in the HR field is an asset, as well as experience with call centers.
  • Language Requirements:
    • Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
    • French: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
    • English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • At least 6 years of business experience.
    • Proven experience in managing complex projects or a program of projects.
    • Very good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
    • Strong organizational insight.
    • Familiarity with various IT systems is preferable.
    • HR projects experience is advantageous.
