Salesforce Expert Profile

Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Administration:
- Manage the daily operations of the Salesforce platform.
- Support the organization with standard requests such as managing and uploading sales data (leads, contacts, etc.).
- Manage various user profiles, roles, and access permissions.
- Adjust and configure flows, fields, page layouts, and records.
- Business Analysis:
- Support the organization and Salesforce Product Owner by writing functional and technical requirements.
- Develop acceptance criteria and validate these with the Salesforce Architect.
- Internal Salesforce Support:
- Provide support for Salesforce-related issues within the organization.
- Resolve incidents and bugs.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce team to develop structural solutions.
- Support standard or custom-developed Salesforce functionalities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in Salesforce administration and support.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to write functional and technical requirements.
- Experience in resolving Salesforce incidents and providing internal support.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in managing Salesforce data and user profiles.
- Experience in configuring Salesforce flows and layouts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
