IT Process Manager Senior

Location: Vlaams-Brabant (50% onsite)

Project Duration: ASAP – 31/12/2025

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT processes end-to-end.
• Define the process roadmap and desired state.
• Design, document, and maintain processes in line with audit, regulatory, and COBIT guidance.
• Define process measurements to ensure quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Analyze processes and suggest improvements and redesigns.
• Support the implementation of process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define expected process maturity.
• Conduct process maturity investigations triggered by audits, risk functions, or regulators.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT process management.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills to translate process requirements into solutions.
• Flexible and adaptable to change, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
• Diplomatic with strong communication skills, able to present and defend process-related topics to various levels of the organization.
• Fluent in English and open to international cooperation.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, technology, and processes.
• Experience with ITIL, COBIT, ServiceNow, QlikSense.
• Project management skills.
