Junior Process Quality Officer
For a client, we are seeking a Junior Process Quality Officer to join the risk management team. This role involves engaging in both quantitative and qualitative projects, offering exposure to various aspects of the business and interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate governance, risk management, and control processes, and prepare reports for management.
- Contribute to the development of reports to assist management in assessing risk levels.
- Support management in analyzing and monitoring risks within business lines, both operational and quantitative.
Mission Period:
- Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025
- Duration: 4 months (with potential for extension based on project evolution)
Language Requirements:
- English: Good proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- Dutch: Basic proficiency preferred
- French: Basic proficiency preferred
Location:
Brussels
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in management, applied economics, insurance, engineering, or equivalent experience.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Personal Skills:
- Strong analytical skills
- Good writing, reporting, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness
- Ability to work independently, be a team player, and be flexible
Business Experience:
- Qualitative risk management (0-2 years)
Technical Experience:
- Proficiency in M365 Teams and Office tools (0-2 years)
- Preferable experience with Power BI, SAS, and VBA
Functional Experience:
- Experience in the insurance or finance sector (0-2 years)
