Job Title: Technical Solution Architect - Frontend

Location: Vlaams-Brabant

Responsibilities:

• Define, design, and maintain end-to-end solution architecture for epics and features.
• Ensure optimal integration with other domains and platforms, balancing cost and quality.
• Provide guidance to feature engineers and engineers on execution according to architectural design.
• Independently perform architecture activities for both incremental and innovative changes across various business domains.
• Focus on Mobile and Integration projects and challenges.
• Design, advise, and present target architectures and roadmaps.
• Manage stakeholders up to senior management level for the scope of an Epic.
• Maintain strategic supplier relationships and contribute to the development of requirements for packaged solutions.
• Thoroughly understand Risk, Security, and Reliability requirements, defining mitigations in architecture design.

Qualifications:

• Master’s level education or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven track record in Payroll Services business is a plus.
• Experience with architecture tools and languages.
• Significant knowledge of multiple environments, specifically Mobile applications, Integration patterns, and Azure Cloud Native architectures.
• Good written and spoken knowledge of English and Dutch and/or French.

Desired Skills:

• Expertise in frontend development, particularly with JavaScript and Angular.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Ability to create structured documents and visualizations.
• Capability to coach junior colleagues.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Language Proficiency:

• English
• Dutch and/or French

This role requires a professional who can work independently, sometimes under limited guidance, and act as a go-to person for Engineers, Product Owners, Architects, and Management for architecture advice and execution validation.
