Service Description:

We are hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO professional to support portfolio activities within the Asset department, alongside support for a program within the ETB roadmap. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting project management activities, including tracking progress, maintaining project documentation, risk management, and ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to the product roadmap of the Assets Vision team and support the productization of the current program.

Main Tasks:

  • Support program and project managers in coordination, guidance, and communication tasks.
  • Act as the guardian of program/project methodologies.
  • Prepare and follow up on steering committee(s).
  • Ensure follow-up of initiatives/projects.
  • Coordinate and enhance communication between Business and IT.
  • Consolidate monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Maintain the roadmap.
  • Follow up and challenge risks and issues.
  • Follow up and challenge milestone planning.
  • Create presentations on specific topics.
  • Provide guidance and support to projects on demand.
  • Support the development of roadmaps for specific topics/initiatives.
  • Support change management activities.
  • Collaborate closely with PgM/PM on resource and cost follow-up.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap of the Assets Vision team.
  • Set up productization of the current program.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in PMO and/or Project Management.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Fluent knowledge of Dutch and/or French is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of PMO and project management methodologies is a plus (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or PMI standards).
  • Understanding of product and data-driven organizations is a strong plus.
  • Experience using a program/project management tool is a plus (e.g., Sciforma, MS Projects).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Autonomous and capable of managing and respecting program deadlines.
  • Well-organized with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze, interpret, and utilize data effectively for decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Risk identification and mitigation skills.
  • Result-driven and assertive.
  • Effective stakeholder management: capable of managing relationships with various stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners.
  • Financial acumen: understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation.
