MISSION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communication Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing communication projects from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. The Communication Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest standards of quality.

DETAILED TASKS

  1. Project Management:
    • Lead communication projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
    • Coordinate project activities, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
    • Organize internal and external events that help to increase staff commitment and the company's reputation.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, keeping them informed of project updates, milestones, and potential risks.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, content creation, and technical teams, to achieve project goals.
  3. Communication Strategy:
    • Develop and implement effective communication plans tailored to the needs of each project.
    • Create compelling content across various channels, including written materials, presentations, digital platforms, and social media.
    • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  4. Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
    • Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with project objectives.
    • Solicit feedback from stakeholders and incorporate recommendations for improvement into project deliverables.

COMPETENCES & BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in project management, preferably in a communication or marketing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in communication, marketing, and digital media.
