Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for optimization.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather process-related data and document current and future-state processes.
Develop and maintain the blueprint and linked process maps and documentation.
Ensure that all process improvements are well-documented and align with industry best practices to ensure the right technological solution is developed.
Identify improvement opportunities, either changing process to standard functionality or managing change requests to the technical solution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, Finance, and HR, to ensure smooth implementation of process changes.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand business needs, gather insights, and drive process improvement initiatives.
Conduct root cause analysis to address recurring process issues and implement corrective actions.
Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance process efficiency.
Master the end-to-end technical solution set (enterprise architecture, interfaces, which system does what, etc.).
Technical Profile Requirements:
Master’s degree in supply chain/logistics, economics, or equivalent by experience.
Substantial professional experience in transportation processes and systems.
Profound knowledge of global logistics and transportation processes.
Deep understanding and knowledge of business process needs/mapping/documentation – BPMN 2.0.
Minimum 5 years of experience in process design, optimization, efficiency programs, and project management.
Experience with SAP TM is desired.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills: MS Project and MS Visio or other process mapping software is required.

Contract of 6 months with possible extension.
Remote work is possible after a while and in mutual agreement with the supervisor (max 2 days/week).
