Coordinate projects focusing on silicon technology development in areas such as Novel Compute Architectures, Scale out System Simulation Platforms, lab-on-chip, and in-silico drug discovery and design.
Manage multiple projects as the coordinator of specific tasks.
Interface with technical managers to ensure proper execution of projects concerning content, budget, and timeline.
Collaborate with partners to facilitate the execution of transversal projects.
Conduct initial assessments of resources required for research projects, including defining milestones, deliverables, and team composition.
Balance customer needs with available resources and priorities in collaboration with the technical lead/manager.
Define project team workflows, including meeting schedules, documentation, and reporting.
Monitor project progress against approved plans, track key deliverables, and manage resource dashboards.
Identify and assess issues/risks, estimating their impact and escalating to higher management when necessary.
Explore and identify opportunities for value creation in work methods and business processes.
Lead or participate in projects aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness.
Work on implementing and improving overall project methodology.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree, preferably in science or engineering.
Extensive experience in project and change management, and project delivery.
Background in common project management methodologies, processes, and techniques.
Experience in system-level R&D projects.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency.
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships, with a customer-focused and result-oriented approach.
Excellent networking and communication skills, with the ability to present to varied audiences.
Ability to communicate effectively at different organizational levels.
High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required due to the international nature of the work environment.
